Founded in 2019 in a small 10x6m unit, Peak has grown into two thriving locations in Mullingar with over 200 active members.
In November 2023 we became the first official HYROX gym in Westmeath.
We’re proud to support local GAA teams, including hosting the Westmeath Ladies Footballers for the 2025 season and welcoming New York GAA before their historic Lory Meagher Cup win.
As the years progress, we will continue to update and improve our services—and we thank all our members for supporting our growing small business.

Eimear is a qualified Nutrition, Fitness, and Health Coach with a strong background in the healthcare industry. Passionate about fitness and food, she is dedicated to empowering others on their journey to improved health and wellbeing.
With extensive experience working alongside sports teams and athletes, Eimear has helped individuals enhance their performance through tailored nutrition strategies.
She specializes in sustainable weight management, supporting clients in achieving their goals with confidence while becoming the healthiest and happiest version of themselves.
Jenson nagel
Jenson studied Sports and Exercise Science at Galway University and has built a strong background in both gym-based training and on-field sports performance.
With years of experience developing fitness, strength, and athletic ability, he brings a well-rounded approach to helping individuals reach their goals, whether that’s improving general fitness, enhancing sports performance, or building long-term healthy habits.”

Senan holds a BSc in Physiotherapy from Hanze University and a Strength & Conditioning certificate from Setanta College.
He has worked with professional athletes in Dubai and specialises in bridging the gap between rehab and performance, while also helping people of all levels reach their functional goals.
fearghal Tiernan
Fearghal holds a BSc in Sport & Exercise Science from the University of Limerick and a BSc in Applied Health Science from the IAPT.
As a qualified Physical Therapist, he specializes in advanced sports rehabilitation and strength & conditioning, with a focus on helping athletes recover, perform, and excel.
Fearghal is also the owner of Peak Performance, where he has coached and supported a wide range of athletes — from local GAA clubs to elite teams such as the Westmeath Ladies GAA
